  • Unfortunately, no. However, with every treatment I do provide a receipt with all necessary information to submit to your insurance provider.

  • Unfortunately, no. I am a registered massage therapist who is licensed to practice acupuncture. I am happy to refer you to a trained Acupuncturist who can provide you with receipts for acupuncture for insurance purposes.

  • Body hair! Acne! Dimples! Pimples! Oh my!
    The massage room is a safe place, is free of judgment and we are here to make you feel great about your body.

  • Absolutely not! We ask you to undress to your comfort. Typically, this includes removing everything but underpants.

    You will always be covered over areas that are not being treated.

  • Great question! I accept debit and e-transfer as payment methods. After my first year of accepting credit cards, I realized that the processing fees over just four months totaled more than $700—which is a significant amount. While I totally understand the appeal of earning points with credit cards (I love it too!), the fees are just too high for me to absorb. Thanks so much for your understanding!

  • A credit card is required to hold your appointment, enforce our cancellation policy, and help reduce no-shows. It ensures our time is respected.

  • Yes, there is parking onsite. You will be provided with parking instructions upon making an appointment.

Late cancellation & no shows

You are required to provide notification 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid penalty charges. To cancel your appointment, please email rebeccarmt101@gmail.com Appointments may also be cancelled or modified online through your Jane App account.

The clinic space is a place free of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, discrimination and violence. This behaviour will not be tolerated.
