More about Rebecca.

Rebecca Armstrong (she/her) believes that wellness is rooted in finding balance. Having personally experienced how massage therapy, movement, and a happy heart can work together to foster self-alignment, Rebecca brings this philosophy into every treatment. Her sessions may include a blend of fluid Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, nervous system regulation, fascial work, hot stones, cupping, and, upon request, acupuncture.

Rebecca has experience treating a wide range of pain patterns, postural concerns, and performing both pre- and post-natal massage. She is certified in Contemporary Acupuncture and Traditional Thai Massage. Deeply believing in the power of self-care alongside manual therapy, Rebecca encourages her clients to take an active role in their own recovery.

Rebecca especially loves working with artists. Whether painters, dancers, musicians, or performers. She finds great joy in helping creative people feel better in their bodies so they can continue to bring beauty into the world. Each artistic medium brings its own unique set of physical challenges, and Rebecca takes pride in tailoring treatments to help artists move freely and thrive in their craft.

After relocating from Toronto to Hamilton, Rebecca began growing The Get Good Massage Clinic. New to the city, she’s grateful for the opportunity to offer locals what she hopes will be the best massage experience they’ve ever had. You can find Rebecca at 201 James St S., Hamilton, at the northeast corner of James St S and Forest Ave.
